A Stable Team That Continues to Grow
At Holly Services, caregivers stay with us. Our caregivers have an average tenure of 7.15 years, and more than 80% of those who have joined our team continue to work with us today.
At the same time, our team continues to grow to meet the increasing care needs of families across the region. Today, we proudly support our clients with a team of 70 caregivers. Many of our caregivers bring a Japanese approach to attentive, respectful care, which some families find especially reassuring.
